We ,Mr.K.Ashok Kumar & Team StartedLook18 officially in the year 2019. We deal with Raw Indian Remy Virgin Hair. We buy this human hair from Indian temples located across the country and convert them into finished products like weaving hair bundles, full lace wig, hair extension, clip in hair extensions and many other hair products. Utmost care is taken to maintain the quality.

The main objective of establishing look18 is to eliminate all the middlemen involved in making the product reach end user, in majority of the cases end user don't get the value for money they pay. This is because we noticed the unethical activity carried by those middlemen who alter the quality of the product. So, we decided to make the products available to end user directly from us and because there is no other middlemen between we(manufacturer) and the end user (you) we could make it available at much affordable price, in a more transparent manner.

The idea was seeded into the head years before by Mrs.Lekhashe found the mixing of synthetic/silicon hairs with virgin Indian hair for the sake of profit. This unethical activity is the major problem in this industry. This made us to buy directly from the temples instead of those manufacturer whom we could not trust. So by doing this we can maintain the quality and provide at much affordable price.

This is how look18 came to birth. The birthplace of look18 is in a Country with various culture and colourful festival India, State Tamil Nadu and the City which owns world’s second longest beach-Chennai.

Purchase department:

The most important part of our business is the purchase of raw material human hair. Purchasing this requires great skill and knowledge about Remy Virgin hair. The most experienced person of the company handles this job of selecting the hairs from Indian Temples filter out the bad quality hairs and forward those selected best hairs to the production department.

Production department:

The most well skilled employees are been appointed for this job. There job is to convert those Raw Human Hairs into lace wigs, weaving hair bundles and various other productswithout harming the quality of the product. This is the department where lentils and grey hairs are been removed by hand and made it into a finished ready to use product.

Customer service department:

This department deals with the customer directly so we appointed those employees who could handle the customer with patience. All the enquiry, billing, payment and shipment related work are handled by this department. We have built our team in such a way that any queries will be responded within 24 hours.

These are the three most important department where experienced people are been serving the organisation. Marketing, Taxation and legal work is handled by our backend team who are silently working hard towards the goal.

By the Year 2020 we aim to globalize look 18. Make Look 18 a globally recognisable brand. Expand our customer base all over the world and get various other products under look 18 brand.
